Our Bespoke Gin is made from scratch in small batches in Tasmania. Carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water and a unique blend of Tasmanian grown (fresh Lime and Rose) and internationally sourced botanicals (twelve total Botanicals)

Handcrafted in Cairns, containing thirteen botanicals. The dry botanicals are steeped overnight - juniper, coriander seed, anjelica root, cinnamon, lemon myrtle, Tasmanian pepperberry, cardamom and macadamia. Locally sourced ruby grapefruit, mango, finger lime, lavender and mint are vapour infused in the gin basket.The result is a perfectly balanced citrus-for-ward summer gin. Gin is created using limonene, one of the main compounds found in cannabis plants. The limonene adds an ultra-rich profile to the spirit, mingling alongside notes of juniper, mandarin and lime, and finishing with soft spice. Limonene is also found in citrus peel and is said to have anti-inflammatory properties which can be used to relieve stress and naturally decrease anxiety and depression.

This gin has been crafted using both maseration and infusion methods to create a rose pink colour. The colour comes from grapefruit, pomegranate, blood orange, lemon and organic rose petals. We recommend a garnish that is not too overpowering such as cucumber. Conveniently, it is not necessary to squeeze lemon or lime as it is already packed with citrus. Enjoy this gin with tonic, in a cocktail or on the rocks.
