Our 'Founders Gin' is a delicious, delicately balanced gin, with juniper forward notes and a citrus sweet lemon myrtle, giving and orange sweetening freshness. It's thoroughly enjoyable neat, with tonic and, of course, as a mixer.

Crystal clear with a pale pink blush. Sweet and perfumed - sort of in the Old Tom style. Pleasing scents of candied citrus peel combine with hints of anise, ginger, coriander, juniper and pine sap. A creamy entry leads into a semi-sweet mid palate featuring citrus peel, hints of juniper and pepper. Concludes drier with a juniper and pepper aftertaste followed by a brisk grapefruit like fade. This gin has been crafted using both maseration and infusion methods to create a rose pink colour. The colour comes from grapefruit, pomegranate, blood orange, lemon and organic rose petals. We recommend a garnish that is not too overpowering such as cucumber. Conveniently, it is not necessary to squeeze lemon or lime as it is already packed with citrus.
