A small batch Australian gin distilled uniquely with Kangaroo Island native juniper (Myoporum insulare). Fashioned in the style of a London Dry, this contemporary expression contains fresh limes, mint as well as pink pepper, ginger, mace, cassia, and cardamom. Traditional vapour distilling maximises controlled quality of this award winning Australian spirit. Served as a G&T garnished with strawberries and lemon thyme.

Traditionally favoured by Indigenous societies for their medicinal benefits and protein content, native Green Ants are a unique bush tucker hand harvested in the Northern Territory by the Motlop family of the Larrakia people. The Green Ants display vibrant coriander and kaffir lime leaf flavours, with a citrus and lime burst on the palate further enhanced by Finger Lime. Native Juniper (Boobialla) is evident in the floral, perfumed aromatics, while spicy notes of Pepper Berry balance the citrus flavours. Strawberry Gum, Lemon Myrtle and Anise Myrtle provide green, leafy herbaceous characters which replicate traditional English Juniper resin characters.

Produced in small batches utilising grape spirit, the 78 Degrees Gin is vapour distilled using our unique column and basket distillation method, to retain delicate flavours and aromas.

Handcrafted in Cairns, containing thirteen botanicals. The dry botanicals are steeped overnight - juniper, coriander seed, anjelica root, cinnamon, lemon myrtle, Tasmanian pepperberry, cardamom and macadamia. Locally sourced ruby grapefruit, mango, finger lime, lavender and mint are vapour infused in the gin basket.The result is a perfectly balanced citrus-for-ward summer gin. 36 Short Rhubarb Gin. Made with South Australian Rhubarb, grown for Virginia Spirits. A delicately smooth gin enhanced with a distinctive floral and rhubarb bouquet giving it a crisp and refreshing finish to the palate.

The Artwork for this limited bottling of 23rd Street Distillery Yuzu Gin was created by local Artist Claire Ishino (SA), the inspiration is Japanese sunsets blending with our Australian climate and of course the Riverland Yuzu fruit. In our Copper Pot No. 3, we vapour-infuse pure Australian sugarcane base with a quadruple burst of citrus and refreshing spice mélange. Fruit is gathered from a single Riverland orchard. Highly fragrant Yuzu and Buddha's Hand fruit are incorporated whole, and from Cara Cara and Blood Oranges we use the hand-peeled rind. Juniper, Chamomile and Coriander plus Australian natives Cinnamon Myrtle, Pink Peppercorn and Strawberry Gum complete the assembly of aromatics. A sense-awakening postcard from today's Riverland. Traditional citrus and botanicals are brightened and heightened by native spices and elegantly perfumed Yuzu and Buddha's Hand. Opulent soft floral citrus aromas set the scene. The refreshing palate presents juicy sweetness followed by lingering zest and warmth. Best served as a thirst-quenching G&T, which reveals its naturally 'cloudy' mixing effect.
