Raspberry color with purple highlights. Lively and fragrant with delicate fruit (pomegranate, redcurrant) and floral (sage) aromas. A silky, savory, dry palate with an elegant note (quince preserves) on the finish.

Long fleshy mouth-feel, citrus and pear feature on the palate with subtle cut grass and complex lemon blossom notes, well-integrated natural acid with a crisp mineral finish.

Subtle nose with subtle hints of white flowers, honeysuckle and sage. Round and supple in the mouth, this wine reveals beautiful minerality, freshness and a slight bitterness on the finish. A lovely off white, copper hue to the wine. Not quite rose, but a really appealing blush. The nose has mandarin peel, fennel and a touch of funk and wet earth. Palate is racy, with cumquat and dried flower notes. Finishes with a vanilla note, and a savoury, phenolic bite. Theres skinsy and bunchy notes throughout, but they are in harmony with the pristine fruit and energy of a white wine from this cool, humid year.
