Gosling's Black Seal Rum has a rich, intricate flavour, well balanced and nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. Black Seal includes products of both pot stills, as used in fine Cognacs, and continuous stills, as used in grappa. One imparts flavour, the other yields a subtle elegance. Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is widely recognised as the oldest Rum in the world. Aged in charred, American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, producing a marvellous, semi-sweet Rum that has flavours of apricot, banana and vanilla. The barrel ageing gives the Rum a lightly smoked, long lasting finish.

Black Barrel is a unique small-batch, hand-crafted rum created to commemorate the 310th year anniversary of Mount Gay. Like all their rums, double-pot and single column distillates are aged separately in whiskey barrels until they reach maturity. The Master Blender then mixes a higher proportion of double distillates to create this special blend. Aged again in deeply charred bourbon barrels (hence the name), adding a rich complexity and a warm, smooth finish.

Red Leg rum is left to rest in oak barrels and infused with Jamaican ginger, spices and caramelised Pineapple. Smooth texture with vibrant Pineapple notes and a warming mouth feel.

A blend of rums from Barbados, Guyana and Jamaica in the overproof dark style. "O.F.T.D." stands for "Old Fashioned Traditional Dark". This 5 year old Armagnac is made of 100% Folle Blanche grapes (the oldest variety in Armagnac), it has aromas of vanilla, cinnamon and dried fruit. the palate is well-balanced, smooth with spices and currants. The finish has spicy undertones, vanilla, prunes and dried fruit.
