Ten years marks a significant period in the development of Old Kempton Distillery. Along with Lyn Lark, James Reid and Amelia Hope, we started what was going to be a small craft distillery. Over time, the distillery attracted a few passionate friends who shared our vision. They were welcomed into our family bringing expertise and enthusiasm guiding OKD to what it is today. We are also fortunate to have a wonderful support team to facilitate OKD’s commitment to becoming a true artisan distillery. Aroma: A rich and ever developing aroma with dried fruits (raisins and sultanas), tinned pears, coffee with dark chocolate, orange peel, rich malt, and toasted almonds. Palate: Rich oil, and creamy across the palate with a good balance of both sweet and dry elements (ANZAC biscuits, Seville orange, and oak). Finish: Great mouthfeel with good spread and balance (Gingernut biscuit with spice and toffee). This release marries together spirit distilled at both our original site at Redlands Estate and at our new home at Dysart House, Kempton. Whist our location has changed, the delicate fruit and malt driven spirit that we produce has been consistent across our sites and is central to the style of whisky we produce.

Fifth generation Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo has returned to the roots of what made Yamazaki Single Malt quintessentially Yamazaki: deep, complex and multi-layered with fruit and Mizunara notes. <br> <br> The Yamazaki Single Malt Japanese Whisky 12 Years Old is pure gold in color. The nose hints scents of peach, pineapple, grapefruit, clove, candied orange, vanilla, and Mizunara (Japanese Oak). On the palate is coconut, cranberry and butter. This whiskey has a beautiful finish of sweet ginger, and cinnamon.

The Westland Garryana 5th Edition American Single Malt Whiskey is an annual release for the Seattle-based distillery. This fifth edition released in 2020 is also part of the newly announced Outpost Range, whiskeys which highlight a central raw ingredient in single malt production with an emphasis on terroir. Garryana's focus is the wood used in its production--Quercus garryana, a native species of oak from the Pacific Northwest. This edition matures peated spirit in virgin Quercus garryana (36%) and the remainder in first-fill ex-bourbon Quercus Alba (American white oak).

That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels. The Oxford Artisan Distillery has a penchant for using intriguing grains to make its marvellous whiskies. This is a single grain whisky made with ancient heritage grains, specifically corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley. What's more exciting is that the whisky is from the very first cask that the distillery filled and is a release of only 189 bottles. It was also given a finishing period in a Sauternes cask, imparting a helping of bright, fruity sweetness. Aromas of fresh baked apple pie lead to flavours of cinnamon and sultanas and a honey buttered toast finish. Bottle Information Batch - 1 Aged - 3 Years

The Westland Colere 1st Edition American Single Malt Whiskey marks a monumental step forward for not just Westland but the whiskey industry as a whole. Colere (latin for cultivate) is the first release in what will be an ongoing series utilising unique forgotten varieties of barley from the pacific northwest with flavour first as a goal. Colere Edition 1 is made with the varietal that began it all, Alba (a six-row winter barley) and intentionally matured in only used casks to relegate the oak influence to a supporting role and focus the attention on the grain itself. The maturation was broken down to 2nd Fill ISC Cooper’s Reserve (62%), 1st Fill Ex-Bourbon (38%) Released in 2020, only 2,893 Bottles produced.

Internationally renowned for their Ryes, Belgrove's Peter Bingnell, is a Tasmanian farmer turned distiller. He is best know as a Mad Scientist for his unconventional equipment and techniques. The Belgrove Distillery 4 Year Old Rye Whisky has aromas of smoky mezcal, barbequed pineapple, earthy with green fruits, and peppery rye malt. The palate is of lemon and honey, fireplace embers, milk chocolate and white sugar. That Boutique-y Whisky Company created a label with a whiteboard flow chart depicting the process Peter uses to create his 100% Australian Rye Whisky. A limited-edition version of Ichiro Akuto's Malt & Grain World Blended Whisky. It combines whisky from his own Chichibu distillery with other whisky from his warehouses, including malt and grain from unknown overseas distilleries. It's fruity and softly spicy, with balanced citrus and honey sweetness - another triumph from a legendary whisky maker.
