The Renaissance Series 4 consists of 18 Year Old Single Malt that was aged initially in ex-Bourbon barrels before being finished in high quality, ex-Pineau de Charentes wine casks, imparting pressed grape and candied dried fruit flavours of apricot and pineapple character. Limited to just 9,000 bottles, the resulting Single Malt is then bottled at 46% with no chill filtration.

The Westland Garryana 5th Edition American Single Malt Whiskey is an annual release for the Seattle-based distillery. This fifth edition released in 2020 is also part of the newly announced Outpost Range, whiskeys which highlight a central raw ingredient in single malt production with an emphasis on terroir. Garryana's focus is the wood used in its production--Quercus garryana, a native species of oak from the Pacific Northwest. This edition matures peated spirit in virgin Quercus garryana (36%) and the remainder in first-fill ex-bourbon Quercus Alba (American white oak).

The Westland Colere 1st Edition American Single Malt Whiskey marks a monumental step forward for not just Westland but the whiskey industry as a whole. Colere (latin for cultivate) is the first release in what will be an ongoing series utilising unique forgotten varieties of barley from the pacific northwest with flavour first as a goal. Colere Edition 1 is made with the varietal that began it all, Alba (a six-row winter barley) and intentionally matured in only used casks to relegate the oak influence to a supporting role and focus the attention on the grain itself. The maturation was broken down to 2nd Fill ISC Cooper’s Reserve (62%), 1st Fill Ex-Bourbon (38%) Released in 2020, only 2,893 Bottles produced.

Internationally renowned for their Ryes, Belgrove's Peter Bingnell, is a Tasmanian farmer turned distiller. He is best know as a Mad Scientist for his unconventional equipment and techniques. The Belgrove Distillery 4 Year Old Rye Whisky has aromas of smoky mezcal, barbequed pineapple, earthy with green fruits, and peppery rye malt. The palate is of lemon and honey, fireplace embers, milk chocolate and white sugar. While ex-bourbon casks are included, this new expression relies mostly on first-fill oloroso casks, also sporting whiskeys aged in barrels that previously held cream sherry - a first for the brand. Says Master Blender, Ian McCabe, "By incorporating cream sherry casks sourced from the Antonio Páez Lobato cooperage, we’ve created a whiskey that boasts a rich profile of dark chocolate, blackcurrants and hazelnuts.” It contrasts against its nearest neighbour, the 15-year-old, which he describes as more savoury and herbaceous. Also notable is the addition of liquid aged in Ruby Port, a component that was until now used exclusively in the top-of-the-line 27-year-old and the even rarer Dream Cask.
