A livelly sparkling wine with aromas of toast and honey lifted by a hint of stone fruit, melon, and lemon rind. A zesty acid palate with a sherbet tingle and a tropical fruit salad flavours with toasty overtones.

Floral and tropical fruit aromas with a touch of honeycomb. The palate is light and spritzy with a flavoursome and crisp finish. Pairs beautifully with a charcuterie grazing platter, prosciutto wrapped cantaloupe or lightly fragrant salads.
