Mount Langi Billi Billi Shiraz is a rich and exciting Shiraz from one of Victoria's most respected Shiraz producers. A generous wine of luscious red and black fruits paired with finely structured tannins and mouth-watering acidity. The spice and floral notes follow on from the bouquet to enliven the drive of fruit and mark the wine's cool climate origins.

This is a lively, medium bodied style of Shiraz that is bursting with ripe berry fruit, spices and black pepper, subtle tannins and a long, smooth finish.

Visit the quality obsessed winery of Deep Woods and you'll find winemaker Julian Langworthy working his magic. He's behind their recent 97 point 'Best Cabernet in Show' - which also won the 2016 Jimmy Watson Trophy! The Redlands is the sister wine to the triumphant Reserve – a deliciously deep, intense Cabernet with a dash of rich Shiraz for extra sumptuous drinkability. Forester Estate is owned by Vignerons Kevin and Jenny McKay. It’s situated in Yallingup, in the northern Margaret River region. Kevin’s motto is to build complexity and texture into his wines literally from the ground up! The superb wines are made by Todd Payne who has had “a distinguished career, starting in the Great Southern, then the Napa, Plantagenet, Esk Valley in Hawke’s Bay, and on to the Northern Rhône” (Halliday). This is a beautifully expressive wine. Inky, rich and herbal Cabernet melds with plummy, velvety, mouthfilling Merlot to create a really layered and complex wine you want to keep on sipping.

Lloyd Reserve Shiraz is produced from a single vineyard at Coriole, planted in 1919 by Geoffrey Kay. It was first retained as a separate wine in 1989, and is one of Langton's Classified Wines of Australia. This vineyard typically produces a wine of great intensity and can be cellared for many years. The wine is matured in French oak with typically about 40% new.

19 Crimes turned criminals into colonists. Upon conviction, British rogues, guilty of at least one of the 19 Crimes, were sentenced to live in Australia, rather than death. The 19 Crimes Shiraz is full of flavours of raspberries, dark plums, and chocolate. Plush tannins provide a lingering finish.

Tempus Two Merlot is deliciously ripe, lovely flavours of mulberry fruit with some earthiness and spice. Soft tannins complement the finish.
