MALFY® Con Arancia’s key botanical additions are Blood Orange peels sourced from Sicily. Blood Oranges are a prized variety in Sicily – and harvested in November – their rich red colour develops from the cool Mediterranean nights. The Blood Orange peels are steeped in alcohol and pressed in a basket press. The infusion is then blended with juniper and other botanicals before being distilled in a stainless steel vacuum still.

Limpid and amber in colour. Hints of honey, wood, vanilla and light toasted and caramelized notes typical of the long permanence in wooden barrels. The taste is warm, fine and elegant. Finish is well balanced.

Yarra Valley makes some of the finest wines in the world. Four Pillars Gin worked with the QANTAS Rockpool mixology team to create the second release in their Bartender Series - an Asian-inspired Modern Australian gin with softness and spice, one that is truly a spirit of Australia.
