Ink Gin

Ink Gin gets its unique colour from the deep natural infusion of petals from an exotic blue flower. Its even more remarkable, when mixed with tonic and it turns from its lustrous blue to a remarkable blush pink. A premium dry gin made with 13 organic botanicals, including a mix of traditional and Australian natives. Like all true gins, juniper berries are the largest botanical component, however the defining character of Ink Gin comes from the second tier botanicals led by locally grown lemon myrtle leaf, coriander seed, Tasmanian pepper berry and freshly peeled sundried sweet orange peel. These major ingredients give Ink Gin its fresh piney, spicy and citrusy aroma and flavour. The third group of minor botanicals include elderflower, cinnamon, cardamom, angelica root, oris root, licorice root and lemon peel. Like a pinch of salt, these minor ingredients are critical to the end result adding perfume, body and balance.

Bordiga Occitan London Dry Gin

Gin was first made by Bordiga in 1889, and this gin is still made from the original recipe. In addition to orange and lemon peel, only four main botanicals are used, juniper, angelica, cardamom, and a secret ingredient the distillery harvests locally from the Occitan Alps. The juniper used grows wild in the Maritime Alps, some of the highest mountains in Europe. This combination of altitude and maritime influence enriches the essential oils of the juniper berries, lending a unique flavour. A classic juniper lift, with a fragrant nose cut with cardamom, distinct orange, and lemon rind notes. At once classic and distinctively individual, with the purity and intensity of the botanicals giving this gin remarkable cut and clarity. A great mixing gin, but also one with the detail and finesse to justify a martini.

Bordiga Amaro Centum Herbis

Centoerbe di Bordiga is a natural liqueur born from the refinement of an ancient recipe over the years. In it, infusions and distillates of aromatic herbs with digestive power, flowers and roots from the Alpine territory of the Occitan Valleys surrounding the distillery are arranged. The collection takes place by experts and willing mountain dwellers who choose and dry the raw materials that will be infused with care and with natural methods. This is carried out using the finest sugar and pure water from the Alps. The final liqueur is the synthesis of herbs, flowers and roots that decree the aroma and taste that has been handed down and perfected for years. It proves excellent at the end of a meal.
