Massenez Liqueur Curaao Triple Sec
The Massenez family started distilling in Alsace in the 1870s. Credited for being the first to distill wild raspberries, the distillery became famous for capturing the essence of fruit in its purest form. True to the original liqueur created in Saumur in the mid 1800s using peels of the bitter curaao orange and other citrus fruits, this is a far cry from the generic, artificially flavoured, triple secs out there.

Paul Giraud Vieille Cognac
The Vieille Réserve is often the favourite cognac of our Grande Champagne lovers, especially ladies. This cognac expresses all the fullness of the fruity aromas typical of a Grande Champagne, aged for a long time in oak barrels. To fully appreciate this cognac, take time, sit in a good chair and heat the glass with the palm of your hand. The trip to a stone fruit orchard can begin. At the beginning of the tasting, the aromas of fresh fruit at the beginning of summer - like peach or apricot - appear. As the glass warms, aromas of riper fruit, more oxidized by the sun, are revealed, such as plums, prunes and Agen prunes. These are the fruits of late summer: hot, matured, and stewed. At the end of the tasting, spices appear then the vanilla side of the oak barrel. Round and mellow, this cognac is easily savoured. Another remarkable point, the length in the mouth, so characteristic of the Grande Champagne. The combination with a chocolate dessert (such as a Black Forest or a fondant) is quite appropriate.
Bardinet Framboise

Michel Couvreur Whisky Overaged
A vatting of single malts aged between 12 and 27 years in oak casks and resulting from a cognac (double) distillation method with a mash exclusively made of « Malt » (germinated barley). It has been reduced to 43% alcohol by volume. Beige amber tint.
Comte Louis de Lauriston Pommeau de Normandie
Pommeau de Normandie is a blend made of three parts of fresh cider apple juice and one part of calvados. The appellation requires a minimum ageing of 14 months in oak barrels after the blend is made. However this is aged from three to four years. This extra ageing enables Comte Louis de Lauriston to obtain a better balance with no apparent alcohol. Its apple aromas, fruit exuberance and moderate sweetness make it many people's favoured aperitif.
Hennessy XXO Cognac
Product Description: A deep cut into the Hennessy archive, brought forward with precision. First crafted in 1870 by Emile Fillioux, Hennessy XXO was the quiet counterpart to XO. It was built from eaux-de-vie with extended potential, held back for decades. The XXO classification, formally recognised in 2018, denotes Cognac aged a minimum of 14 years and represents one of the most mature tiers in the category. That same year, Yann Fillioux reintroduced the expression, drawing from the maison’s deep reserves to continue the original vision. This is XXO as it was always meant to be: layered, structured, quietly powerful. The blend’s maturity comes through in both form and feel, with vegetal lift, citrus tension, and a long, spice-driven finish shaped by time and craft. Presented in a 1L format, it invites considered pours and long stretches of appreciation. Tasting Notes NOSE – Spiced and aromatic Bitter orange, grated nutmeg and dried peppermint leaf alongside liquorice and warm spices. PALATE – Structured and refined Powerful yet poised, with layers of dark citrus, oak spice and fine tannin integration. FINISH – Persistent and complex A lingering interplay of spice, dried herbs and earthy depth, carried by polished length.
