Floraison: the names means 'flowering' and is the key moment in the life cycle of the rare vine flower. This unique, ultra-premium gin evokes the very essence of springtime in the vineyards, when the air is filled with fragrance of blossoming vine flowers. At an elegant 40% ABV, GVine Floraison is equally enjoyed at home in a refreshing Gin & Tonic or a summer cocktail.

Known in France as vin dorange, this wine is made by blending rose wine, sweet and bitter orange peels, cinchona, camomile, cane sugar and fortified to 15%. Served chilled its equally at home in a wine glass as an aperitif as it is as a base in a cocktail.

During the 18th century this elixir enabled Swedish doctor, Claus Samst, to heal the poor, vagrants, workers and anyone who had difficult lives. After much research and hours of hard work he compiled a manuscript describing 46 diseases that could be healed with this elixir. In 1821, Joseph Chavasse, founder of La Maison Dolin, saved the elixir from extinction by marketing it under the name Suédois Dolin in memory of the famous doctor. Its recipe has remained unchanged.

The Deniset Jeune absinthe is one of the few clear absinthes made by the distillery. It is characterised by its freshness and its distinct wormwood flavour. <br>The name Deniset Jeune refers to a former absinthe producer, Henri Denisett, inventors of the pine-bud liqueur called Liqueur de Sapin.

This one is at the same time spicy, herbaceous, fresh, peppery and extremely complex. Very strong chamomile notes give an original and typical herbaceous profile to this absinthe, with a rich aromatic bouquet full of fragrances from the Jura Mountains.
