100% Grande Champagne. Distilled with the lees, it ages in new Limousin Oak casks with a medium interior toast for 1 year. The ageing process continues in old barrels or hogsheads in a damp cellar. A progressive reduction is made, with distilled water (max 5% of diminution every 3 months). A blend of of least 2 1/2 year old Cognac.

Godet VSOP Cognac is a fine champagne VSOP cognac that is aged for 14 years in oak casks. Extremely dry and smooth, this cognac is elegant and fruity. Produced in France by Godet's family owned cognac house that dates back to 1872.

Pommeau de Normandie is a blend made of three parts of fresh cider apple juice and one part of calvados. The appellation requires a minimum ageing of 14 months in oak barrels after the blend is made. However this is aged from three to four years. This extra ageing enables Comte Louis de Lauriston to obtain a better balance with no apparent alcohol. Its apple aromas, fruit exuberance and moderate sweetness make it many people's favoured aperitif.

It is claimed that Dom Bénédictine is made from a traditional recipe from the Dominican Order of Monks (D.O.M) of 1510, lost then later rediscovered by wine merchant Alexandre Le Gran in the 19th century. Today Dom Bénédictine is one of the worlds favourite liqueurs. Its secret recipe contains aged Cognac blended with 27 individual herbs, roots and spices with a mellow touch of honey. Best served neat, on ice, or in cocktails.

Tasting Notes: The Pastis de Campagne is made from a fine eau-de-vie, according to the old ways of Provence winegrowers who preferred it for its part gourmand and fruity, cleaner flavor. First created by Paul Ricard in Marseille, 1932 it has distinct fresh taste of liquorice and subtle Provence herbs. Aged in large barrel in the open air a slight 'sea-side' flavour is imparted by the salt spray that licks the barrels.
