Co-founded in 2020 by Aron Marquez & Abraham Ancer, this tequila is the outcome of a journey to create an additive-free, ultra-premium product. Translated to mean "Blue Arrow", made from fully mature blue agave in the lowlands of Jalisco, the Cristalino is produced by a Mexican owned distillery, operating since 1926. This triple-filtered Añejo Tequila has been aged for 18 months in ex-Bourbon barrels and carries all the warmth of a traditional Añejo but is still light and soft on the palate. It balances notes of vanilla and dark chocolate with a long, luxurious finish, while barrel aging has imparted flavours of coconut and subtle baking spice.

Deep wood aroma, maltose, nectar, blueberry, Mizunara oak, milk coffee; Oily, ripe fruit, lemon peel, leather, cinnamon, ginger. Finished with a hint of sweet malt with aromas of wooden barrels and a touch of fruity flavor. This is richer in taste than the 10-year-old whisky. Produced with fully matured agave from 50% Highlands and 50% Lowlands of Jalisco, slow-roasted in brick ovens before being slow-fermented, and extracted by roller press. The resulting liquid is double distilled before ageing in Bourbon barrels for 6 months and is additive free. The Los Azulejos Talavera Collection Reposado Tequila has aromas of orange blossom, basil, hazelnut & nutmeg. The palate begins tart and acidic, before moving to a firm texture and flavour of honey oak, and vanilla bean yet with herbal agave notes still present. The finish is long, with some toffee and vegetal notes. A reposado whose naturally sweet disposition is its finest asset.

A highland tequila, Don Fulano is made from 100% estate grown mature blue agave cooked in autoclave ovens, naturally fermented in open tanks using wild and cultivated yeast, and distilled in approximately 80% copper pot still and 20% copper, double column still. The spirit is distilled to 50% to 55% then cut with demineralised water from a deep well in the distillery. The tequila is non-charcoal filtered and contains no additives. Don Fulano Imperial is the oldest expression in the range. A full flavoured, rich and complex tequila, aged for a minimum of five years and up to 12 years before being finished in an Oloroso sherry cask. A wonderfully smooth and rich Extra Añejo with a great combination of elegance and power. A rich and fruity nose with flavours of coffee and raisins accompanied by big oak and spices, think cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. A palate of opulent fruity dark chocolate, sticky maraschino cherries and spicy leather notes to start. Behind that initial hit are softer vanilla notes and sweet nuts finishing long with dark cocoa and stewed fruit. This is the pinnacle of the Don Fulano range. Rich and decadent, but still packed with agave spice, sweetness and complexity.

To create its well rounded flavour, Glenmorangie 18-Year-Old Extremely Rare Malt spends fifteen years maturing in American white oak casks, then approximately 30% is transferred into Spanish Oloroso casks for a further three years. Then both elements are blended back together to create a whisky with a rich bouquet and full, rounded flavour.

Distilled in the old columns of the Factory of Simon-located just in front of The Rum Company-small columns and entirely made of copper, this rum old Martinican was developed in exceptional conditions. The peculiarity of this columns lies in the exhaling of intense perfumes that give the rum a particularly expressive and round profile. This lot was chosen with care by the Maître de Chai and the oenologist of the House, Robert Peronet and Gaëlle Hardy. It is an assembly composed of rums aged between 3 and 10 years in red barrels of Bourbon. It is the gourmet and exotic notes of vanilla, coconut and chocolate that rub shoulders with those of dates and subtle tobacco, which seduced the experts Clément.
