The resulting liquid is double distilled and is additive free. The Los Azulejos Blanco Tequila has pleasant agave notes on the nose with a touch of smoke and aromas of jasmine, and herbaceous hints of thyme and mint. The palate is fresh, zesty, peppery and vegetal, with a hint of sugary sweetness and some peppery yet subtle floral notes. The finish is long, laced with honey & pepper. Crisp and notably refreshing.
