First distilled in 1888, Bundaberg Rum is as Australian as it gets. Aged for a minimum of two years, this great rum made from 100% Queensland sugar cane shows evocative flavours of molasses and caramel.

Grappa (literally meaning Grape Stalk) is the Italian spirit that is produced from distilling the skins, seeds and stalks of grapes after making wine, not the juice its self. Piave is aromatic and warming, making it a great after-dinner drink.

Opihr is a legendary region famed for its wealth and riches which prospered during the reign of King Solomon. The King regularly received cargoes of gold, silver, precious stones and spices from Opihr and whilst its exact location remains a mystery, it is thought to have been in the Orient along the ancient Spice Route.

Bundaberg Red is the first Rum to be filtered with Red Gum. A blend of rums from Barbados, Guyana and Jamaica in the overproof dark style. "O.F.T.D." stands for "Old Fashioned Traditional Dark". In its conception, Alexandre Gabriel, Master Blender for Plantation Rum, brought together six rum luminaries. After many tasting and blending sessions, they formulated a rum ideally suited for use in top-shelf Tiki and tropical cocktails.
