Umeshu (plum wine) is a Japanese liqueur that is made from unripe Ume fruit that is steeped in Shochu and sugar. The result is a sweet and sour liqueur that is can be mixed with soda, green tea or just with ice.

A citrus-driven and floral Gin that has an interplay of fragrance, depth and vibrancy. Inspired by Springtime in the Adelaide Hills, distilled from grape-based spirit and composed of the following botanicals: Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Ginger Root, Lemon Myrtle, Earl Grey Tea, Lavender, Vanilla, Cardamom, Macadamia, Lemon and Orange Peel.

The Hip Sip Muscat has a rich amber colour. Aromas of raisins, candied peel and spice with notes of sweet butterscotch. The palate is intense showing the benefit of time in barrel with concentrated fruit and lovely balanced sweetness. Hip Sip does its ageing in the old oak barrels prior to bottling and will not age further in the bottle. Once opened it should be consumed in about a month.

A beautifully handcrafted Lime Liqueur from Cello. It uses 100% local produce infused with the purest sugarcane distilled alcohol. With the mouth watering aromas of lime zest, it follows through with long lasting vibrancy of honeyed lime peel and supple acidity with a hint of zest bitterness on the palate. Cello Limoncello is made with 100% local lemons infused with lemon zest and the purest of sugarcane distilled alcohol. This is a beautifully made product, which makes a perfect cocktail companion.

Black Barrel is a unique small-batch, hand-crafted rum created to commemorate the 310th year anniversary of Mount Gay. Like all their rums, double-pot and single column distillates are aged separately in whiskey barrels until they reach maturity. The Master Blender then mixes a higher proportion of double distillates to create this special blend. Aged again in deeply charred bourbon barrels (hence the name), adding a rich complexity and a warm, smooth finish.

This rhum Agricole blanc from Distillerie Poisson was produced from four types of sugarcane native to Marie Galante and distilled in a traditional creole column still. Before bottling, the rhum is placed in open-top wooden foudres (vats) for 10-15 days as demineralized water is added to bring it down to proof. This 40% abv bottling is great for sipping or cocktails all day long.
