The Ile de Ré lies off the west coast of France, in the region of Charente-Maritime. Produced from vineyards justly known as the Bois à terroirs de lIle de Ré, the most westerly part of the Cognac region, Camus Ile de Ré Fine Island Cognac is a voyage of discovery into new and unexpected aromas and flavours.

100% Espadin. Produced from 6-7 year old agave, single distilled with no artificial additives or flavorings. At 40% this mezcal has fresh acidity, round fruitiness and a nice balance of roasted agave and smokiness. The finish is clean and light on the palate with hints of jalapeno spice. Aged for a minimum of 12 months in oak barrels, Próspero Añejo has flavors of spice, toasted caramel, cacao and roasted fruit.

A new entrant into the Tequila market comes from a joint venture between Moët Hennessy and the Gallardo family. Using only lowland Blue Weber agaves, production is overseen by Master Distiller, Anna María Romero Mena. 'Cristalinos' are the latest trend in premium tequila. They're matured in American oak, then charcoal filtered to remove any colour. The result looks like a Blanco but tastes and smells like a Reposado.
