Old Curiosity Distillery grow their own botanicals in their own Secret Herb Garden, where they are hand-harvested and dried before being distilled and infused to create the Secret Garden Gins. The inspiration was to allow nature and the wild in, by creating a dry gin using indigenous botanicals such as Sweet Cicely, Bog Myrtle and Dwarf Birch. Pour over ice and a twist of lemon, mix with a light tonic water for a classic G&T.

Lind & Lime is a benchmark London Dry Gin; crisp, refreshing and delicious, a delicate balance of juniper and lime with the gentle spice of pink peppercorns. Orbium is a re-imagining of Hendrick's Gin by our Master Distiller, Lesley Gracie. It is what Hendrick's might taste like in a parallel universe. Instilled with additional extracts of Quinine, Wormwood and Blue Lotus Blossom, the result is an oddly exquisite gin that sits roundly on the palate. It is beautifully presented in the same irconic apothecary style bottle that is now synonymous with HENDRICK'S albeit in a sumptuous dark blue, inspired by the key essence of Blue Lotus Blossom. TASTING NOTES: Orbium combines surprising sweetness with a distinct lingering finish that spirals from zesty to floral, moving onto an altogether unexpected alluringly bitter climax. SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve in ice-filled highbal and garnish with cucumber slices.

Tasting note: Nominated as one of the twenty defining whiskies of the past twenty years by Malt Advocate back in 2013, this new incarnation of Arran 10 opens slightly woody and acidic on the nose developing attractive honeyed, chocolatey notes. On the palate, American oak underscores the malt; juicy orchard fruits and vanilla shine through in a fresh, spicy delivery. The finish offers stewed pears and hints of cinnamon. Uncomplicated but very tasty. 46% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.

The beautiful juniper and coriander backbone is lengthened by lush, green wonderfully deep sweet floral charactaristics.
