Compass Box Whisky's The Peat Monster combines smoky and peaty single malts from the island of Islay and the Isle of Mull with rich, medium-peated Speyside whisky. Johnnie Walker Aged 18 Years has rich sweet fruit aromas along with toffee caramel, vanilla and a hint of smoke. Old Curiosity Distillery grow their own botanicals in their own Secret Herb Garden, where they are hand-harvested and dried before being distilled and infused to create the Secret Garden Gins.
