St Lucia Distillers Group of Companies is a small rum distillery situated in the scenically beautiful and agriculturally rich valley of Roseau on the Caribbean island of St Lucia. It produces some of the world’s best rums. A traditional Spanish style rum, the HMS Royal Oak is a blend of 7 to 12 years aged in American white oak Bourbon casks. HMS Royal Oak is the original Admiral Rodney Rum. EYE: bright amber color NOSE: prunes, raisin, toasty oak and tropical spiced. PALATE: intense mouth-feel of sweet sultana, tobacco, and chocolate, with vanilla from the oak. Complex finish with sweet fruit, caramel, and spice.

Delicatissime is a young dry gold rum aged in oak barrels for only 18 months. It keeps the fresh cane aromas with just a hint of oak which brings a touch of smoothness. Its originality comes from the spicy notes which are typical of Mauritius. Delicatissime is ideal neat (chilled), on the rocks or in a cocktail. Delicatissime brings a lot of elegance and originality to Mojitos. Tasting Notes: Colour: light golden hues. Nose: spicy and vegetal, with a vanilla touch. Palate: a very delicate vegetal and fruity taste with a peppery touch and a smooth finish with vanilla hints.

Arcane Extraroma is aged in oak barrels. It combines the fresh cane aromas and the very smooth, complex aromas of an old rum. What makes it unique is its incredible aromatic richness. EYE: deep amber. NOSE: opulent, with notes of exotic fruits and pastry. PALATE: very smooth, with a profusion of flavors: exotic fruits, chocolate, vanilla, dried fruits. The best way to appreciate Extraroma is to drink it neat, but it is also an amazing base for the creation of original cocktails.

Lily White is a blend of aged Agricole and traditional rums, still and column distilled. Rich and intense, a very rare blended white rum in the World. Clear and transparent in colour. Woody and floral frangrances. Flavours of ground coffee, coconut and honey. Slight fruit and spice, pronounced finish. Gift boxed.
