A delicate blend of our Sydney crafted Brix White & 5 yr old Caribbean Gold rum infused with Grapefruit, Semi-dried mango, cinnamon, vanilla and native Australian spices.

This gin has been crafted using both maseration and infusion methods to create a rose pink colour. The colour comes from grapefruit, pomegranate, blood orange, lemon and organic rose petals. We recommend a garnish that is not too overpowering such as cucumber. Conveniently, it is not necessary to squeeze lemon or lime as it is already packed with citrus. Enjoy this gin with tonic, in a cocktail or on the rocks.

Veuve Capet is the first Vodka exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes (hand-harvested in the famous Côte des Blancs, in French Champagne vineyards). After a fivefold distillation and charcoal filtration, this vodka was assembled with perfectly pure water. Veuve Capet has a unique character, combining roundness and fruitness. Tasting notes : Eye : Perfectly crystal clear. Nose : Rich and elegant bouquet. Fresh, dominated by citrus notes, including grapefruit zest, then evolving to exotic notes of mango and guava. Mouth : Very rich and supple in the mouth. Complex aromas with citrus, the finish is particularly long, dominated by Williams pear notes.

Archie Rose Single Malt Whisky is distinctly crafted to highlight six malts, each with a unique profile and character. This six-malt mash bill, although incredibly low yielding, provides a rich and expressive flavour, full of distinct regional character.Matured predominantly in 100, 200 and 300-litre Australian Apera (Sherry) casks, complemented by a selection of Ex-Bourbon and Archie Roses own 36-month air dried Ex-Rye Casks, each coopered with a specific balance of both char and toast.The natural sweetness of these casks complements the savoury charisma of the spirit, revealing fresh herbs, shortbread biscuits, raisins, toffee and dark chocolate on the nose. Meanwhile, the palate is luscious with well-integrated flavours of sticky date pudding and amaretto with a final note of espresso.

Bone Dry Gin features juniper that has been distilled three different ways using our copper pot-column hybrid vacuum stills - the only example of their kind in the world. Family owned Distillery located in Spring Bay Tasmania. Botanicals: 11 including 3 local botanicals (Native Bush Pepper, Lemon Myrtle, Tasmanian Wattleseed). Botanicals are steeped for 24 to 48 hours then additional Juniper and Liquorice Root are vapour infused in the neck of our copper pot still to give a traditional Juniper flavour at the front of the palate through to a sweet liquorice finish. This gin is triple distilled giving the spirit an ultra-smooth flavour despite the higher than normal ABV. Nose: Immediate sweet floral notes of juniper, liquorice and spice. Palate: From a bright and sweet juniper opening, the flavours build across the palate to include perfumed floral notes, bright citrus and a crescendo culminating in a big, warm and comforting glow of star anise and liquorice root. Finish: A round smooth mouthfeel from this oily spirit gives way to a fine clean finish of liquorice and spice.
