Veuve Capet is the first Vodka exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes (hand-harvested in the famous Côte des Blancs, in French Champagne vineyards). After a fivefold distillation and charcoal filtration, this vodka was assembled with perfectly pure water. Veuve Capet has a unique character, combining roundness and fruitness. Tasting notes : Eye : Perfectly crystal clear. Nose : Rich and elegant bouquet. Fresh, dominated by citrus notes, including grapefruit zest, then evolving to exotic notes of mango and guava. Archie Rose Double Malt Whisky showcases the bright, grassy fruitiness of malted rye backed up by rich aromas of Aussie fortified wine, vanilla from American oak and the smooth sweetness of local malted barley. The result is a remarkably complex whisky with notes of apricot jam smeared on toasted rye bread, fragrant oak and a hint of milk chocolate, finishing with honey-roasted macadamia nuts, ripe tropical fruits and baking spices.

Produced in small batches utilising grape spirit, the 78 Degrees Gin is vapour distilled using our unique column and basket distillation method, to retain delicate flavours and aromas.
