Introducing Cedar Fox Distilling Co, a newcomer to the Australian independent spirits space with the release of its gin. A savoury dry gin with peppery fragrant earthy aromas, it incorporates urban botanicals such as Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Lemon Peel, Lebanese Cucumber, Sichuan Peppercorn, Lemon Verbena and Rosemary. Australia's first spiced agricole rum. Designed to reflect the salty coastal rainforests of the North Coast of NSW, Spiced Bam Bam starts as a 3-4 year old barrel aged sipping rum. It is then infused with whole native & traditional botanicals including wattleseed, native ginger, citrus (mandarin & orange), cinnamon quills, Tahitian vanilla beans and sea salt. The result is a softly spiced rum that actually tastes like rum, perfect to sip on the rocks, mix with ginger or in any rum cocktail.

Split Point gin has a soft subtle delicate nose, teasing out the botanicals in an enticing release. a beautifully balanced gin across the palate. sweet upfront, revealing good juniper notes through to a wonderful finish.

Traditionally favoured by Indigenous societies for their medicinal benefits and protein content, native Green Ants are a unique bush tucker hand harvested in the Northern Territory by the Motlop family of the Larrakia people. The Green Ants display vibrant coriander and kaffir lime leaf flavours, with a citrus and lime burst on the palate further enhanced by Finger Lime. Native Juniper (Boobialla) is evident in the floral, perfumed aromatics, while spicy notes of Pepper Berry balance the citrus flavours. Strawberry Gum, Lemon Myrtle and Anise Myrtle provide green, leafy herbaceous characters which replicate traditional English Juniper resin characters.

Full of flavour with floral notes, well-rounded and balanced that is just lovely in a G&T.Made with fresh rain water collected off the farm, juniper, orange peel, cardamom, orris root, cassia bark, coriander, star anise and angelica.Serve as a G&T using a good quality tonic with either a slice of dehydrated blood orange or a twill of fresh orange peel and ice.

Distilled using carefully selected native and local botanicals alongside organic Macedonian juniper berries, this easy sipping gin offers clean citrus notes with spicy finish. Native pepper berries and liquorice root give this gin earthy undertones, balanced with fresh notes of native ginger and lemongrass. Organic oranges provide citrus backbone, and local macadamias bring smoothness to the texture, making this gin all the more inviting.

Our Koala Gin was inspired by walks through the Australian bush. The fresh, crisp scent of eucalyptus evokes memories of exploring and marvelling amongst nature. As koalas would agree, eucalyptus makes for a refreshing and clean drink. And our Koala Gin is no exception. Traditional juniper berries are balanced with the tasting notes of the native lemon myrtle, marshmallow leaf, lime, cinnamon, and vanilla. Handcrafted in small batches at our distillery, Koala Gin perfectly complements a Sunday Sesh during a hot Aussie summer.

Crystal clear with a pale pink blush. Sweet and perfumed - sort of in the Old Tom style. Pleasing scents of candied citrus peel combine with hints of anise, ginger, coriander, juniper and pine sap. A creamy entry leads into a semi-sweet mid palate featuring citrus peel, hints of juniper and pepper. Concludes drier with a juniper and pepper aftertaste followed by a brisk grapefruit like fade. It can be served as an aperitif served with Tonic water or added to specific cocktails.
