Headlands Distilling Mt. & Sea Gin

Mt. & Sea Gin is a traditional style of gin. The infusion of fresh juniper, rare rainforest limes, coastal wattleseed and true cinnamon along with a host of other rare ingredients generates a refreshing flavour that sets this gin apart from anything else on the market. Presented in Headlands' signature gin bottle design, Mt. & Sea is the perfect gin for making a classic martini, negroni or a gin and tonic.

Poor Toms Fools Cut Gin

Poor Toms Fool's Cut at 52% is for audacious gin drinkers looking for a spirit with strong Juniper presence. In looking to create a gin with enough presence to shine in strong cocktails, the more delicate, floral botanicals have been left out. So it's adios strawberry gum leaf, granny smith apples, lemon myrtle and dried chamomile, and hello loads of juniper and the earthy depth of liquorice root.

Poltergeist Gin Unfiltered Gin

Poltergeist Gin is produced in small batches at the historic Shene Distillery in Pontville, Tasmania. Poltergeist Unfiltered retains the full flavour profile of all twelve botanicals, completely covering the front, middle and back of the pallet with a long lingering finish. It may ghost over ice due to the density of flavouring oils derived from the botanicals. The flavour profile is earthy and robust, and the balance of brawny botanicals like liquorice root, cardamom, orris root and Tasmanian pepper berries, with the more traditional citrus and nutty gin flavours, is unique. Drink it straight over ice, in a classic martini or a negroni.

StableViews Distillery Abrolhos Gin

Brewed, Double Distilled, Steeped and Hand bottled on premise. The Houtman Abrolhos is a chain of 122 islands, about 60km off the Geraldton coast of Western Australia. An archipelago with crystal blue waters and an abundance of sea life, we envisioned a premium Gin that would include native Island Botanicals. After 6 months of scouting, foraging and cultivating our own botanicals with a second re-distillation to perfect the balance between the base botanicals and the added Grey Saltbush and Beaded Samphire, we finally had success with emulating the Abrolhos in both taste and looks. We foraged for native botanicals that are found on the Abrolhos Islands. These are handpicked, cleaned, lightly blanched, rinsed and then steeped into the high ABV Spirit for up to 48 hours. They are then painstakingly hand-milled, weighed and put through a vapour basket in 45-minute interval changes over a 3 day second/spirit distillation. Botanicals Used; Grey Saltbush Beaded Samphire Juniper Licorice Root Angelica Root Cassia Quill Clove Lemon & Lime Peel Green Cardamom Pod Coriander seed Saltbush and Samphire were also included into the vapour basket during distillation for extra flavour. The addition of these native botanicals gave the Gin an earthy and herbaceous taste. The added botanicals have resulted in tastes like green apple skins, cucumber, slight capsicum hints with a very light tang and smell of salt spray. Hand Bottled, Labelled and packaged on Premise in Dongara. An earthly flavoured Gin that is best enjoyed with a light tonic and garnish to enhance the native flavours our distiller recommends Green Apple Slices, Celery or Blue Berries.

Poor Toms

Once again defying the laws of common sense and decorum, our Pina Colada Gin is so uncouth, that it is sophisticated. Now you can experience all the glamour of a cruise ship holiday, minus the bed bugs. A classic juniper gin shares the bunk cabin with pineapple and coconut - joined on their salacious paradise sojourn by lime, pandas, nutmeg, allspice and many more. Imagine a Pina Colada - coconut, pineapple, spice and citrus - but redelivered to you in a bed of juniper berries. Its a gin but with the imagination of a Pina colada.

South Coast Distillery Five Islands Oolong Old Tom Gin

TeaEsk's award winning WuYi Mountain Oolong tea is macerated in the bold Breakwater gin before carefully balancing the tea by sweetening with natural sugar like an 18th century Old Tom Gin. The delicate stonefruit aroma and flavour of the tea compliment the rich piney juniper and citrus flavours in the gin adding richness and depth. The sugar helps elevate all of the flavours yielding a complex yet balanced spirit like nothing you've ever had before. Enjoy it neat, with soda, lemon or peaches for a “Five Islands Iced Tea” or swap it in for sloe gin in a Charlie Chaplin cocktail.

Adelaide Hills Distillery 78 Degrees Small Batch Gin

Dasher & Fisher Ocean Gin

Tasmanian Coastal Gin, 12 botanicals that uncover an abundance of wakame seaweed from the chilly Tasman sea. Complex and layered, it has aromas of seaweed, ocean spray and fresh rose petals with saline notes, nori and jasmine.
