Experience a burst of rainforest fruit flavours with Brookie's Slow Gin. Crafted from the traditional method of English "Sloe" gin with plums soaked in Byron Dry Gin, it gives intense flavours of rose, watermelon and bright plum. Serve over ice and pair with cheeses.

The hop cones were lured by the tunes of the Piper to give this IPA extra flavours.
