One of a number of single cask bottling we've received from Martinique rhum agricole producers, Clément. This one was matured for a decade, from October 2003 to December 2013, in cask number #0310021 before being bottled at 42.8% ABv, with an outturn of 440 bottles

Wahaka is produced by the family of 5th Gen. Maestro Mezcalero Alberto Morales and the community of San Dionisio, Ocotepec. Its is made from 100% Agave Angustifolia wiith a harvest maturity of 8-9 Yrs. The agaves are Earth pit roasted, Tahona milled, Natural Fermented, Double copper distilled, delivering a genuine 25 day Artisanal Hand Crafted process, from a single village sustainable estate harvested, USDA certified 100% Organic product. Tasteful mixer cocktails and delicious to sip neat.

Rounded and smoky - like burning Applewood - with creamy toffee, aniseed, treacle and dates. A curious suggestion of juicy fruits, such as peach and banana. With a drop of water, reminders of Ardbeg's classic fragrance lime, pine resin, fennel, saddle soap and tar. A gentle waxiness, like fragrant candle wax, and hints of smoked herbs. An Oa gives a final subtle reminder of the sea with briny notes and seaweed but always accompanied with creaminess. A smooth, creamy texture leads into a huge syrupy sweetness, flavours of milk chocolate, treacle toffee, aniseed, orange and smoky tea leaves. Gentle, sweet spices (nutmeg & cinnamon), some cigar smoke, and a very unusual flavour of grilled artichokes. Wood is always present in the spirit, gently nutty and reminiscent of a carpenter's workshop. A long, sweet finish, with floral overtones, mint toffee and some gentle malty biscuit notes.

Kura is made from best quality Indica with black Koji unique to Okinawa using traditional production methods of over 600 years of craftsmanship. Complex aroma and mellow taste bring whisky lovers to a different and new concept of true local Japanese whisky.

Cold Compounded Italian Premium Gin obtained through the infusion of an unusual bouquet of 11 classic and exotic botanicals in pure neutral grain pot - stilled alcohol.

A vatting of single malts aged between 12 and 27 years in oak casks and resulting from a cognac (double) distillation method with a mash exclusively made of « Malt » (germinated barley). It has been reduced to 43% alcohol by volume. Beige amber tint.

Despite its long ageing, this minimum 30-month blend is not overtly sweet or oaky; it has a drier style, which is full of spice and character from its highland terroir. Cooked agave is present with a fine mixture of dried fruits, almonds and roasted coffee. There is a subtle and masked fudginess reminiscent of dark cocoa that emerges from the depth in its long and slightly dry finish.

The El Dorado 15 Year Old is one of the most decorated rums in the distillerys history, including winning the International Wine and Spirit Awards Best Rum in the World an unprecedented 4 times consecutively. This award is just one amongst an exhaustive list of respected, international honours that place this rum as, surely, one of the finest ever made. It has a full nose packed with dark coffee, candied orange, almonds, dark chocolate, pepper and rich vanilla.
