Deep crimson red colour with a bouquet of dark berries and cherries are bountiful with a touch of spicy sweet oak. Copious amounts of dark brooding fruits, mouth-filling and firm tannins expressive of the last pressings of the grapes.

The iconic Shadrach Cabernet Sauvignon shows blackcurrant, dark chocolate and eucalypt aromas. The palate is full bodied with spicy berry fruit and liquorice characters. The rich mid-palate is followed by fine tannins and exceptional length. The epitome of Barossa Cabernet – it will age gracefully for 15 years.
