IronHouse Vineyard Pinot Noir

From the moment of bottling, this wine presents beauty and strength with delicacy. As a classically structured Tasmanian single block red, this wine is in no way to be taken lightly, albeit being a subtle and soft red. To start with, the magnificent ruby colour is a treat for the eye with delightful cherry and dark stone fruits, white flesh plum, soft black tea and white pepper present on tasting, possibly a larger nose than front palate yet delivering a great depth of the varietal.

Torres Coronas

The traditional Tempranillo variety is the basis of Coronas, ennobled with a small proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon. A traditional grape with an intense black colour and a hard skin. It is used to make wines of excellent ageing, moderate fruit acidity and pleasant aromas.

The unique blend of superb fruit sources and experience in both the New and the Old Worlds helps craft wine of subtlety, texture and detail wines perfectly suited to complement rather than overwhelm fine food.

Wildflower Cabernet Sauvignon

2018 will go down in history as being one of the best vintages across Western Australia, and this multi-regional blend is perfect evidence of this.Deep red in the glass. Tar and roses on the nose. Quite full-bodied with a solid core of currant and plum, charry oak, firm balancing tannins and graphite, clove and kitchen spice on the persistent finish.

The Remarkable State Brut Cuvee Non-Vintage

Another cracker from the guys at Remarkable State Wines. Fruit was selected from both cool and warm climates to provide both a full fruit palate as well as zesty freshness. There's a fine bead, refreshing citrus characters and a crisp fruit driven finish. Its a smaller batch brut cuvee that's really a great all rounder, enjoy on its own or compliment with a mixed platter.
