Havana Club Añejo Especial is a blend of Rums aged up to five years and it is this ageing that creates the golden colour and warm aromas. Its character combines the lightness of White Rums and the robust aroma of Dark Rums.

Made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey distilled partly in copper alembic and partly in steel continuous column, to achieve a medium body rum. From the pristine lagoons to the lush jungles, Plantation Isle of Fiji is an ode to the beauty of the Fiji Islands. Molasses-based and made using both pot and column stills at the Fiji Distillery, including local Fijian sugar cane, the liquid was first aged in the tropical climate in bourbon casks for three years, then sailed to the southwest of France for twelve months finishing in French oak. This double ageing method paired with Fijian know-how creates a rum with warm notes of exotic fruits and raisins. 40% Alc./Vol. Notes from the producers... Color : Gold. Nose : Intense, it starts on molasses, pear and varnish. It then becomes fruitier and spicier on apple, banana and gooseberry, also nutmeg and vanilla with a hint of smoke. Palate : Rich and round, it follows the nose with vanilla fudge, honey, ginger and fruity notes of prune and coconut. Finish : Very long on dried banana, bourbon and allspice. Black Barrel is a unique small-batch, hand-crafted rum created to commemorate the 310th year anniversary of Mount Gay. Like all their rums, double-pot and single column distillates are aged separately in whiskey barrels until they reach maturity. The Master Blender then mixes a higher proportion of double distillates to create this special blend. Aged again in deeply charred bourbon barrels (hence the name), adding a rich complexity and a warm, smooth finish.

Matured for eight years using a Solera system, this rum from Botran has a rich, spicy character with notes of caramelised banana, toasted oak, ginger and black pepper.The Botran family is commonly known for sugarcane production in Guatemala, but in 1939 they decided to begin a journey by establishing Industria Licorera Quetzalteca. The five brothers agreed that the ultimate place to age rum in Guatemala was Quetzaltenango. Since that day they have been involved in all the details regarding their rum production. Although the nurturing process has evolved, it all began with the nurturing process called Sistema Solera. This process implies the integration of young and old rums, as they mellow for years in white oak barrels. They are the first family that produced Guatemalan rum, nowadays they continue producing one of the worlds finest quality rums. Solera 1893 and Reserva high quality rums have won many worldwide awards for their intricacy, profundity and signature sweet flavour.
