Banana Bomb is an extremely versatile cocktail spirit for all classic rum recipes but our favourite would be a legendary Banana Daiquiri.

Gosling's Black Seal Rum has a rich, intricate flavour, well balanced and nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. Black Seal includes products of both pot stills, as used in fine Cognacs, and continuous stills, as used in grappa. One imparts flavour, the other yields a subtle elegance. Made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey distilled partly in copper alembic and partly in steel continuous column, to achieve a medium body rum. Aged in pre-used oak barrels using the solera method and finally bottled under the highest quality control to ensure all the secrets are contained in the liquid flavour.

One of a number of single cask bottling we've received from Martinique rhum agricole producers, Clément. This one was matured for a decade, from October 2003 to December 2013, in cask number #0310021 before being bottled at 42.8% ABv, with an outturn of 440 bottles
