Vedrenne has been making liqueurs in Nuits-Saint-Georges since 1923. Hombo Shuzo was established in 1872, and is located at the southern tip of the Satsuma peninsula in Kagoshima, on the island of Kyushu. They produce 'Imo' Shochu from freshly harvested local Kogane Sengan sweet potatoes which grow especially well in the southern Satsuma climate.

Colour: shiny and colourless. Scent: very expressive, nicely floral, with warm tones, finely peppered with subtil notes of vanilla. Flavour: full and mellow, with floral notes of aromatic marshmallow and exotic blossoms. Alc./Vol.: 18%
