For six days and six nights the fruit was harvested, crushed and left macerating on skins to develop a long lasting deep colour, intense bouquet and delicious taste. Our Winemakers explored many grape trails across the Hills to track down the best parcels of fruit to go into this wine. Follow the deep red road to discover aromas of beautiful blackberries and cherries. Your mouth will be filled with rich and velvety dark plums and savoury spice notes. This stylish Shiraz finishes long and well-balanced making it an easy wine to pair with grilled or roasted meats.

Take It To The Grave Pinot Noir is blood red in colour with a lifted and varietal nose of wild strawberries, ripe plums and cherries. The palate is rich and expressive with supple cherry and red berried fruit, a beautifully lush mouth-feel matched by fine tannins and soft acidity that provide structure and length.

The grapes for Kilikanoon Attunga were obtained from some of oldest vines in the island country of Australia. The fruit is renowned for its intense flavours and its juice for the tremendous ageing potential. The small, thick-skinned berries were fermented and basket pressed to result in low yielding juice. The ferment was then matured for 27 months in large casks of French oak. This wonderful red wine was bottled unfiltered to preserve the character of the grape.

An Italian red grape from Piedmont, grown in our Piccadilly Valley vineyard in the Adelaide Hills Hills.An everyday drinking wine that matches any cuisine. The name means little sweet one but the wine is dry.

A medium style Grenache which already has a quite open and fragrant nose. The palate is silky and smooth with flavours of blue and blackberries dusted with fine tannins and a touch of spice. Length is long and generous, everything perfectly in place and ready for immediate consumption.

The Middle Hill Shiraz is sourced from the middle hill of the K1 vineyard, a picturesque sandstone ridge producing elegant, spicy, cool climate style Shiraz. The nose offers typical cool climate Shiraz aromas of red cherries and subtle spices, including cloves and white pepper. The palate is medium-bodied and complex with red plums, spice and a hint of apricot, followed by a grippy finish.
