This wine is made from vineyards in the Parkburn area of Cromwell. All the grapes are hand harvested and fermented in small lots in stainless steel tanks helping to retain fruit purity and finesse. The wine is full, dry and textural, it displays excellent fruit structure, intensity and mineral length.

An excellent new discovery from the home of Pinot the Yarra Valley. In the glass: Medium garnet. On the nose: Blood plum, red cherry and clove with tilled earth and tea leaf notes. On the palate: Medium weight and savoury with a fine tannin backbone underpinning the refined core of red and black fruit. Finishes with earthy spice adding complexity to the persistent finish. An elegant wine that really unfolds in the glass.

Garnet in colour, the wine displays aromas of cherry cola, violets, star anise and pink peppercorns. The palate has black forest chocolate notes, tobacco leaf, Danish liquorice and spice. Berry fruit flavours are supported by grainy tannins and a juicy finish.

The aroma is very floral and complex offering ripe pear, dried herbs and flint. There is excellent fruit weight and texture on the palate, where the full ripe pear flavours lead to a fresh, spicy and long finish. Our Pinot Gris is made from fruit grown on our Tiger and Sinclair vineyards in the Parkburn area of Cromwell. It bursts with bright red-currant and cherry fruit, cinnamon, cloves, cracked pepper and drying violets with a savory earthy undertone. The palate is plush but neatly packaged with savory, focused tannins and crunchy berry fruit. The spicy French oak does show on both the nose and the palate but it adds rather than detracts. Drink this young and slightly chilled as a light alternative to charred barbecue fare.

This delicious, full bodied Pinot Noir exudes lifted aromas of cherry and ripe red berry fruits. The palate shows a dominance of ripe fruit, yet is soft and elegant, finishing with firm tannins that sit in wonderful harmony with the fruit and acidity.
