The best parcels of wine that make up the Coppermine Road Cabernet mostly come from a rare low-yielding clone which is characterized by its violet and anise perfume, concentration and great acidity.

This class cabernet has deep red colour with purple hues indicating the freshness and quality to come. Aromas of leafy mint with complex capsicum and cedar with ripe berry notes adding complexity with firm tannins and well balanced acid leading to a long finish.

Dark cherry red, with a deep violet hue, this is an incredibly aromatic varietal cabernet. Showing great intensity with bright berry fruits and mashed raspberry, together with licorice spice and espresso coffee. The palate is vibrant and fresh, building with layers of fruit, toasty oak and fine Cabernet tannins. It finishes with hints of anise spice, dark cocoa and cassis fruit.

With Fiano being a relatively new variety to Australia (originates from the Campagna region of Italy) who better than the Oliver family now celebrating over 170 years of grape growing, to create this Taranga farm favourite. This delicious drop is all sweet ripe lime and pear flavours with loads of texture perfect for lovers of fresh crisp white wines. As Gary Walsh said dangerously easy to drink.

The Sticky End Viognier is a supremely delicate sticky with finese and elegance. It is inspired by the Italian Passito style, with less botrytis characteristics and more of a typical Viognier. It is a fresh, fragrant style with zest and taste of tangerine with a mouthfeel of marmalade. It is sticky to the end!

From its silky, slightly smoky, oriental fragrance, which somehow smells like pale gold, through its mellow middle to the fine drawn-out tannins of its tail, it is simply one smooth lovely ride. Its flesh is plush without pudge, its acid solid but reserved, its length, poise and form just perfect. It will live, mellow, burnish and bloom for many years in the cellar. The grapes were hand-picked and carefully basket pressed, with only 60% of the extractable juice used to eliminate any potential broadness. No sulphur was added, and the juice was transferred to French oak barriques (10% New) without any settling or fining, where it underwent wild yeast fermentation.
