Young Henrys Motorcycle Oil is a smooth, hoppy, black beer with mild bitterness, roughly based on a hopped-up American porter. Originally brewed as a small batch in 2017 its back in black by popular demand, bigger and bolder as this years YH Winter release. Best served loud.

Full ginger beer taste and full beer strength (5.3% to be exact). The Ginja Ninja is brewed with local Tumut region Batlow apples. It has almost no carbs as most of the sugar is fermented out of it. Our White Rye is uniquely distilled from rare malted rye and barley sourced from the finest producers, and greets you with cinnamon, nutmeg and spicy notes that envelope the palate. Twice distilled, it features a lingering, buttery finish with a subtle smokiness, and can be savoured straight or in your cocktail of choice.

This fruity pink gin with its all natural raspberry infused pink hue has been handcrafted for pure tastebud delight. The zero-sugar pink recipe allows for a balanced gin that isnt overly sweet, making it the perfect base for a summer cocktail or the health conscious gin lover.With a classic juniper forward nose. The palate is balanced with soft raspberry notes, leading to a dry earthy finish from the Native Limes and Blood Orange.

The Brewery: Untouched 1960’s facade of the Public Bar and Brewery building has long been an icon on the streetscape of industrial Marrickville. Behind the exterior, the old yoghurt factory stood empty for over 20 years before Philter moved in. We’re proud to bring the building back to life and become part of the historical fabric of the suburb we know and love.

Brewed to celebrate the sesquicentenary of the Newtown suburb of Sydney, Young Henry have created an Aussie pale ale to be proud of with Newtowner. Three varieties of local hops combine for a fruity beer that's light on the palate with a subtle bitter edge.

To create this truly unique whisky, we selectively sourced rare malted rye and the finest malted barley from progressive malt houses, paired them with virgin American oak casks air-dried for 36 months and let it all mature in the maritime air of coastal Sydney. Our preference for malted rye over the far more commonly used unmalted rye affords this whisky a point of distinction evident upon the very first sip. This layered, aromatic spirit offers notes of spiced custard, ginger, stone fruit and baked apple pie with a fresh herbal finish that lingers on the palate.
