Zytho Brewing Zesty Pale Ale
Long before there were beer geeks, there were zythophiles. Related to the Greek verb zeo, meaning "to boil', a zythophile is a lover of all things beer. A full-flavoured yet crisp and highly sessionable example of Australians' favourite craft beer style. We've called it Zesty because it's high on flavour and drinkability, thanks to the shrewd balancing of some of the world's most enticing aroma hops with a medium malt profile. It's sure to be a fixture in the eskies of zythophiles young and old this summer.
Zytho Brewing IPA

Piney, tropical aromatics and balanced bitterness are underpinned by a firm malt backbone, making this the perfect beer for kicking back and savouring every sip.
Frenchies Kolsch
A clean brew with a delicate hoppiness from the noble French hop Strisselspalt. This draught is perfectly balanced and will accompany a variety of foods such as seafood, pork rillettes, white meats, semi-hard cheese (Comté, Cantal) and brined cheese.

The Zytho Brewing team have featured Citra, Amarillo & Mosaic hops by the bucketload to create their latest release, a fruity, juicy mouthfull of tropical sunshine. Citrusy, tropical aromatics and clean bitterness are the hallmarks of this emerging style.
4 Pines Pacific Ale
Hazy golden in appearance. Big fruity hop aromas of passionfruit, pineapple and pear are complemented by a smooth, dry finish.
Black Duck Durif
Sam Trimboli LOVES Durif. He calls it a “stunning little powerhouse grape that develops astounding complexity”. The numberplate on his car even sports the word ‘Durif’, that’s how highly he rates it. The grapes for this wine come from a small vineyard that Sam helped establish in the 1980s and is now at peak maturity.
