Darlinghurst has always been a suburb of contrasts, and this Dark Lager is no different. Perfect through winter and refreshing in summer. Chocolateand coffee notes abound with a toastynuttiness and smooth finish. Hops - Saaz.

Freshwater is an American Style pale ale, brewed using our favourite American hop, Cascade. The Freshwater is well balanced between the sweet biscuity malt and the thirst quenching hop flavour and crispy clean finish.

Classic. Crisp. Beer. Inspired by coastal Mexico, freshly brewed on this side of the Pacific. Casually crafted with high quality and traditional Mexican ingredients. Frosty, light bodied lager with a crisp citrus finish. Serve with a fresh lime wedge.

Full ginger beer taste and full beer strength (5.3% to be exact). The Ginja Ninja is brewed with local Tumut region Batlow apples. It has almost no carbs as most of the sugar is fermented out of it. When you feel like a change from beer or just want to try something different, ask for a Ginja Ninja.

This is our new super clean, super crisp, super refreshing, Super Cool lager. We’ve brewed it to be extremely sessionable with a light malt body and a classic dry finish inspired by the great Japanese rice lagers. Taste the Coolness. The Brewery: Untouched 1960’s facade of the Public Bar and Brewery building has long been an icon on the streetscape of industrial Marrickville. Behind the exterior, the old yoghurt factory stood empty for over 20 years before Philter moved in. We’re proud to bring the building back to life and become part of the historical fabric of the suburb we know and love.
