Our rose was made using a combination of varieties and winemaking styles. A blend of Merlot and Barbera picked and pressed off skins immediately to encourage floral aromatics and elegant fruits reminiscent of roses and bramble. A small parcel of skin fermented Pinot Gris provides a textural component to the finished wine. A reflection of the volcanic soils of Broke Fordwich using old vines and an eclectic approach to winemaking has produced a dry wine packed with mouthfeel and fresh fruit.

With aromas of coffee, dark chocolate and raisins, follow through to the full and rich palate, this is a seductive stout of silk creaminess and enveloping flavour. Think melted chocolate in lycra. Take a sip and savour its delectability.

Full ginger beer taste and full beer strength (5.3% to be exact). The Ginja Ninja is brewed with local Tumut region Batlow apples. It has almost no carbs as most of the sugar is fermented out of it. When the Sydney suburb of Newtown celebrated its sesquicentenary, the brewers of Young Henry were invited to brew a unique beer to showcase the unique style of Newtown. The resulting beer was an Aussie Pale Ale called Young Henrys Newtowner. Made from three varieties of local hops this beer is fun, fruity and even a little bitter - just like Newtown.
