Excellent colour and mid-density. Being 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 29% Shiraz it is more of the classic Aussie blend Cabernet/Shiraz. Lifted dark fruit and cedar notes on the nose. A rich mouthfeel from the McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. Fine tannins with the oak very much in the background ensuring great drinkability.

From a fantastic vintage in the Hunter Valley, the Tyrrell's Wines Shiraz 2014 has been crafted in a distinctive Hunter Burgundy style by red winemaker Mark Richardson. In the glass: Medium density red.On the nose: Black cherry, plum, earth, leather and pepper.On the palate: Unashamedly medium weight and very savoury with a fine, velvety texture showing red and black fruit flavours with earth and spice elements, fine tannins and a persistent finish. Jim from Mount Pleasant accentuates a Shiraz with a cleanly structured mulberry and redcurrant with soft liquorice notes and a persistent high quality backbone.

Poole's Rock Chardonnay gives refreshing zesty flavours, lime juice, lemon zest, lemon grass, green melon, kiwi fruit with a lingering mineral line down the palate, a fresh mouth watering aftertaste.

A multi-national blend of Hunter Valley and Marlborough, it is a classically expressive blend combining the tropical high notes of Sauvignon Blanc with the wonderful length and definition of Semillon. A vibrant and lively well balanced palate with a long and crisp finish.

Mount Pleasant Elizabeth continues to be an all time favourite of not only Semillon lovers, but affordable dry white lovers across the board. With it's golden hue with a green tinge and baked apple with hints of toastiness on the nose. Citrus flavours of lemon and lime and a buttery texture with good length and crispness on the finish. Classic Hunter Semillon.
