The Glenfiddich 18 Year Old Ancient Reserve is a truly superb single malt aged in Oloroso (Sherry) and Bourbon casks. This has created an amazingly smooth, mellow, and full flavoured whisky.

Family owned and run for over 170 years, the Glenfarclas distillery has produced a slightly smoky, spicy Scotch with a rich long lasting finish. The 15 Year Old is golden amber in colour, the nose shows rich oak and a hint of peat smoke, with soft fruity characters. It is firm-bodied with a luscious glorious oaky finish, with a touch of smoke and sherry sweetness.

Cosseted away in the finest, hand-selected oak casks and allowed to mature at its own sedate pace, this is one of the most remarkable, perfectly balanced malts of its kind. Cognac house Paul Giraud has been handed down from father to son since 1650 with 35 hectares of sustainably grown, hand harvested vineyards in the prime 1er Cru cognac area of the Grande Champagne. Meticulous, hands on production allows Paul Girauds style to produce artisanal cognacs which date from 6 to 50 years of age. Soft, delicate stone fruit on the nose, the palate shows plums, prunes, honey and sherry characters with a long finish.

Overaged Malt Whisky is a vatting of single malts aged between 12 and 27 years in oak casks and resulting from a cognac (double) distillation method with a mash exclusively made of malted barley.
