The word heritage has various associations: inheritance, patrimony and a family secret kept under lock and key by the Caetano family. This germana cachaça is aged for eigth years in French Oak barrels and then for two more years in Balsam barrels to break the woody flavour and aroma an lighten the darker color result of the Frech Oak barrel aging.

Reserva de la Familia is the world's first extra-anejo tequila. It is hand selected from the Cuervo family's private collection. Each bottle is made using only blue agave harvested at its peak maturity after seven to twelve years of growth in the field and aged in French and American oak barrels for a minimum of three years. Reserva de la Familia is best served in a snifter, allowing for full appreciation of its flavours, aroma, and velvety finish.

Old Kempton Distillery's Small Cask Matured Single Malt Whisky is hand crafted on a magnificent heritage-listed property in Kempton, Tasmania, first gazetted to sell spirits in 1836. Weary travellers would stop at the coaching inn overnight on their ride between northern and southern Tasmania and the local innkeeper would revive them with aq good dram. A 10 year journey in the making... This gin is the distillers masterpiece featuring suspended finger lime caviar from the distillers 80 acre farm at Kurrajong Heights. These little balls of limey goodness pop in your mouth when you bite them releasing an aromatic burst of pure citrussy gin an experience like no other! Also known as "Snow Dome Gin" it makes the perfect gift for those who are hard to buy for and has a spectacular presence with the suspended finger lime caviar swirling and magically suspending in the bottle. A super smooth gin featuring a medly of Hawkesbury grown citrus. Tahitian lime leaf and Kaffir lime leaf also grown on the distillers farm are balanced with aromatic Navelina oranges & juniper from the highest mountains of Bulgaria. Finger lime gin is hand made in micro batches of just 43L using spring water from our farm. Each bottle takes over 1 year to make and mature from growing the fruit to distilling the gin and infusing the finger lime caviar so that when you bite those little pops you get a burst of 40% alcohol gin which is different to the gin they are suspended in. Serve with tonic and ice to make the F Bomb Gin & tonic you will not be disappointed.

St Agnes XO Imperial 20 Year Old is a deep amber in colour.The nose is a myriad of crýme caramel, toffee apples and Christmas cake with underlying chocolate, apricots and almonds. The palate is long with ethereal rancio characters of truffle, walnut, chocolate and poached pear.
