The Cullen Amber Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is the first Amber wine made from Cullen Wines. It is a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc coming from our certified Biodynamic vineyards. The idea behind this wine was to make a white wine like a red.

The grapes for this unwooded style are picked slightly riper than most in order to eliminate green characters and maximize the flavours of the tropical fruit spectrum and to give the wine greater palate weight and length.

Howard Park Miamup Rosé is crafted from 55% Shiraz and 45% Pinot Noir. Flaunting a shining rose gold colour, this mesmerising Rose opens with fruity notes of strawberries and peach swirled with cream. These ripe berry and early season stone fruit flavours offer gentle sweetness and crispness to the palate. Oak maturation gives a soft mineral texture while adding weight and complexity to the wine. This beautiful wine displays an attractive ruby red colour in a glass. The well balanced bouquet emits medium intensity fragrances of blackberry, dried herbs and earth. It offers coffee, toasted oak and vanilla characters towards the end. The nose smoothly makes way for a lush palate, filled with flavours of juicy forest fruits and soft vanilla, leading to savoury notes. Together with palate coating tannins, these characters culminate in a cocoa and coffee dominated finish.
