A medium to full bodied palate shows cassis and Satsuma plum characteristics, leading into the sweet mid-palate depth of chocolate and mocha, finishing with defined talents. Risky Business Shiraz Tempranillo Grenache is a blend of 2% Malbec and 13% Grenache grapes with 17% Tempranillo and 68% Shiraz grapes. The resulting wine displays dark crimson red hues, with rich aromas of sweet ripe plums and smoky steeped fruits flowing off its luxurious bouquet. These vibrant fragrances effortlessly shift to the palate to provide juicy flavours of spicy plum fruits and smoky characters. The fine tannins offer an elegant mouthfeel, culminating in a generous and captivating finish showing hints of astringency. Drink this bright red wine with lamb curry, kangaroo meatballs, pizza and lasagna.

Voyager Estate Shiraz is deep red in colour with an explosive nose of oak blackberries and spice that is succeeded by a rich flavoursome palate and some chewy tannins. Will improve wonderfully with time.
