O’ndina is crystal clear in colour and is made using clear spring water from the Alps. Over forty herbs spices and flowers have been used to produce Fernet Branca. It is a secret family recipe which has been handed down since 1845. Although thought to have medicinal properties, its best known as digestif, poured over ice, to cleanse the palate after a meal or as a mixer with juice or soft drinks.
