Buttery Chardonnay is named for the rich, creamy flavorus imparted by its distinct winemaking style. Our coastal California vineyards deliver lush notes of ripe apple and white peach, balanced with bright, mouth-watering acidity. Malolactic fermentation then enchances the wine's body and complexity. Aging on French and American oak adds the finishing touches of brown spice and vanilla aromas and notes of toasty brioche to complement the decadent buttery profile.

Ripe peach and honeycomb aromas overlaid with toasty oak mix with some butterscotch, crème brulee and spice notes. Rich and creamy textured, mouth filling ripe peach, apricot and honeycomb flavours meld into a charry oak led back drop of crème brulee and spicy nougat. OBrien Belgian Ale is a 100% gluten free Belgian blond style ale that displays a light sweetness from the sorghum and millet gluten free malts and Belgian candi sugar, and has a dry finish and slight alcohol warmth from the 6.0% alcohol content. It is complimented with subtle spice, earth and fruit characters from the yeast, hops and infused coriander.

Murphy-Goode Pinot Noir comes from vineyards up and down the coast of California, including Arroyo Seco, Santa Maria Valley, and Monterey. Cool conditions in these prime growing spots keep grapes at a perfect balance between vibrant dark fruit character and bright acidity. Notes of vanilla from aging in French and American oak add complexity to the intense black cherry aromas and flavours.

Our 2019 Bourbon Barrel-Aged Chardonnay is golden straw in color and opens with aromas of ripe, grilled peach, with hints of toasted marshmallow, vanilla bean custard, and baked spiced pear. Rich, creamy, and concentrated flavors of grilled peach, lemon pie crust, graham cracker, vanilla bean, baking spices, and toasty oak lead to a balanced acidity and lingering finish. Enjoy with grilled halibut with lemon caper butter, roasted pork tenderloin, garden salad with gorgonzola and toasted pecans, grilled prawns, bacon-wrapped dates, or sip it on its own as an aperitif.
