First distilled in 1888, Bundaberg Rum is as Australian as it gets. Aged for a minimum of two years, this great rum made from 100% Queensland sugar cane shows evocative flavours of molasses and caramel.

Javanese sugar cane molasses, natural forest filtered water and wild yeast (grown on dried red rice) are slowly fermented, then distilled twice in antique pot stills. The rum is matured in Javanese teak barrels and transported to Holland (it's a 250-year-old tradition) to be blended with selected modern rums.

Australia's first spiced agricole rum. Designed to reflect the salty coastal rainforests of the North Coast of NSW, Spiced Bam Bam starts as a 3-4 year old barrel aged sipping rum.
