Another great success story of grape grower turned grower/winemaker. Troy Kalleske is the latest custodian of a family heritage that dates back to 1853 when the Kalleske family first planted vineyards in the Moppa sub-discrict of Greenock, in the north-west of the Barossa Valley. This Shiraz (with a touch of Viognier and Petit Verdot) is 100% biodynamic and has concentrated aromas of blueberry, cloves, violets and dried fig. The silken palate that follows has dark fruit and lifted notes of floral with a sublime length of flavour.

This beautiful rose has a vibrant pink hue. The palate contains delicious cherry and strawberry flavours complimented by fine acidity and sweet berry aromas. It is perfect for consumption upon release.

His home state of South Australia is blessed with two of the rare places where Riesling truly shines, and John has melded the generous floral aromatics and rich flavour of the Clare Valley with the fine and refreshing acidity of the Eden Valley Riesling to craft this generous, yet complex Riesling. The bouquet is of savoury dried herbs formed around a core of red cherry fruit with a hint of honey, quite lifted with some earthy notes which move in and out of the bouquet. The palate is perfectly balanced, it speaks of red cherry and anise - ripe and textural with just a hint of tannin, leaving you with a satisfying sensation of refreshing summer fruit infused with spices and herbs. A wine to be enjoyed year round, not just in summer.

On the nose it is clean and intense with raspberrymelon and grapefruit underlined with a floral note of rose andbroom. The palate is dry, elegant and fresh. It can besilky and even saline.

The colour is a mixture of faded copper and pink.The nose is elegant showing sweet strawberry and cherry characters, with a hint of fennel in the background. The palate is clean crisp and elegant with good weight and structure, finished with clean crisp acidity. A wine developed for drinking in hot weather with robust garlic laden food, or chilled as is.

The palate is dominated with boysenberries and black plum, perfectly balanced with generous silky tannins.

This rose was made from low yielding Shiraz grapes picked in April using the traditional Saignee style. The wine was fermented to dryness and has light berry flavours and crisp acidity.
