Jack Daniel's 1136 Whiskey

This is the soul of American whiskey. Its distinct and unique taste comes from refining "mellowing" the freshly distilled whiskey drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal. The distilled whiskey is then matured in American Oak barrels hand-made by Jack Daniel's themselves. The only major distiller in the world to make their own barrels. Each batch is made from marrying 170 barrels from all levels of the barrel houses to achieve consistent colour and taste. Interesting fact - every drop of the world's biggest selling whiskey comes from a single source, Lynchburg, Tennessee.

Basil Hayden Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Booker Noe loved Bourbon. He loved the craft of it, the character of it, the “pour me another one and tell me a story” of it. He loved what it could mean and all the things it could be. But most of all he loved the way it tasted. In Basil Hayden he created the kind of whiskey he loved; spicy yet smooth, both rich and sweet. A high-rye Kentucky straight bourbon with a refined flavour profile that rewards a second glass.

Makers Mark 46 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky

When Bill Samuels, Jr., decided to create a new bourbon, he was looking for a companion to his father's signature Maker's Mark that would help leave his own mark on the family legacy. He made it a personal challenge to give bourbon lovers a bourbon that could be held on the tongue and featured much more of the natural vanilla and caramel notes he admired in the original. He and his team began working with the Independent Stave Company, experimenting with special barrels, different wood varieties and varying levels of char. After many tries, Bill found the answer in placing 10 seasoned, seared virgin French oak staves into a barrel of fully matured Maker’s Mark. These special staves were on file with the Independent Stave Company as “profile 46,” and so Maker’s Mark 46 was born, leaving its own mark as a first-of-its-kind bourbon.
