Made from grapes grown in Pemberton WA, which were fermented on skins with the natural wild yeast then gently basket pressed. Made without any aging in oak, this Merlot is all about the fruit. Think plums and red berries.

This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot has developed into a multi-layered wine which shows perfumed flavours of berries and blackcurrant from the Cabernet Sauvignon and cherries and plum from the Merlot. The blend has a lush texture and tannins that give the wine a very smooth mouth-feel.

Our Merlot is full of fruit flavours, yet a smooth and soft wine. With a deep purple colour, it has a nose of sweet plum and vanilla. It displays a rich spectrum of plum and spiced berries fruits and a lingering finish of warm spices.

Made from Merlot this wine has been carefully liquered and disgorged after 5 years to produce an opulent sparkling with complexity and a fine bead.

It offers luscious red berry and cherry flavours with spicy herbal overtones on the palate. Maturation is French Oak has added refined tannin structure length and balance. The winemaker, Ian Hall, is an artisan winemaker who has been producing award-winning wines for over 25 years.

The pride of Michelini stable, this Merlot was sourced from the mature Buckland vineyard. On the nose it offers violet fruit characters supported by vanilla oak and a solid mid palate weight and flavour with soft fruit tannins and firm oak finish.

Cullen, world famous for their Diana Madeline Cabernet Merlot, have introduced another Cab Merlot, a distinguished offshoot of the Langton's classified Diana Madeline. Majority Cabernet Sauvignon blended with Merlot and touch of Petit Verdot gives the wine a luscious, bright cherry flavour with red berries playing their part. Aged in French oak, 40% of which was new, for one year. Delicious to serve with veal, lamb or beef today, but will also reward up to 10 years in the cellar.

This is one of the gems produced by cult winemaker Elian Da Ros, who learned the art of winemaking at the prestigious Domaine Zind Humbrecht in Alsace before taking over the family vineyard. This luscious red is a blend of half Cabernet Franc, with the rest a split between Merlot and Syrah and matured for 18 months in old oak. Drink young for the sheer enjoyment.

Product is blended and stocked in steel tanks before bottling. This blend aims to display an international style whilst maintaining the taste characteristics of a typical Veronese wine. The grape mix makes it unique, unusual and interesting. Pale yellow colour. On the nose it displays citrus-like notes and hints of acacia. On the palate it has good acidity, with suggestions of pears and rennet apples. Flavour floods your palate and it has a pleasing, persistent finish.
