The Varietal Merlot from BOVIN is a dry red wine with a strong intense purple color that hints of the youth and deep character of the wine. The nose is alive with tones of cherries, berries, roses, and plumbs. Its taste is full and rich, with ample tannins. BOVIN Merlot complements everything from green vegetables to pork. The wine should be served at 15-17°C.

This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot has developed into a multi-layered wine which shows perfumed flavours of berries and blackcurrant from the Cabernet Sauvignon and cherries and plum from the Merlot. The blend has a lush texture and tannins that give the wine a very smooth mouth-feel.

Made from Merlot this wine has been carefully liquered and disgorged after 5 years to produce an opulent sparkling with complexity and a fine bead.

A cheerful rosé, which plays everything on the card of ripe red fruits, plus good acidity and a little residual sugar, which perfectly balances the whole ensemble. The color is salmon pink, and the nose, intense, brings peaches, strawberries, and discreet mineral sensations. The body is ample, unctuous, with well-integrated alcohol.
