The Grand Reserve Chardonnay is made from 100% estate sourced fruit from Santa Barbara, one of California's coolest grape growing regions. Perfectly integrated tropical fruits compliment floral notes, a hint of spice and vanilla as well as nice minerality from the calciferous soils in the Santa Maria and Los Alamos Valleys.

I am so excited about Californian wine production - it’s always a thrill to see these wines on our shores. This is pinot with power - smokey and meaty at the fore, which gives way to a dried cherry and pink flower potpourri and sweet baking spice. On the palate it’s silky smooth and delightfully shapely with some punchy acidity give the wine real get-up-and-go. This isn’t so much lithe and supple as it is round in the mouth; almost (but not quite) enough to be stepping outside the bounds of varietal typicity. Structured and bold but ethereal none the less.

Blended Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Shiraz 40% and Merlot 20%.

A cheerful rosé, which plays everything on the card of ripe red fruits, plus good acidity and a little residual sugar, which perfectly balances the whole ensemble. The color is salmon pink, and the nose, intense, brings peaches, strawberries, and discreet mineral sensations. The body is ample, unctuous, with well-integrated alcohol. Our 2019 Merlot Single Vineyard has flavours of red currants, plum and dried herbs. An elegant red wine for the cool season. Tasting Notes Mid ruby red colour Intense red plum and raspberry aromas on the nose, with tobacco-like complexity. Medium body, suppleness, plump mid-palate. Red fruit flavour with hints of dried herbs. Finishes with fine, soft tannins and subtle oak.
