A 100% rye made in Brunswick, Melbourne from all-Australian grain grown in the Mallee. Following double distillation the whisky is matured in a two-storey tall bespoke solera system composed of new American oak and x Australian wine barrels.

Santisima Trinidad 7 year old Rum is tbright amber in colour with slightly sweet aromas of raisins, dried grapes and oak. On the palate there is slight but perceptible sweetness, combined with hints of vanilla and dried sweet almonds.

Bosque Verde is Spanish for green forest and this is the name of the farm where the bulk of the barley is sourced.This whisky is matured in ex-Port American oak barrels for no less than two years and is bottled at 46% abv.
