This bright, juicy Grenache displays peppery notes, along with raspberry, cherry and wild strawberries on the palate. Balancing blueberry and sandalwood, it finishes with a floral high note. Absolutely scrumptious.

A myriad of mulberry, wild thyme and enticing savoury undertones are interwoven with layers of ripe summer berries. The palate displays both generosity and restraint, with plump and supple tannins that are supported by an amalgam of summer ripened plums.

GSM- Block 178- showcases the Barossa richness of Grenache with full middle palate of Shiraz and the finish of Mataro (Mouvedre). Full bodied, old vines from selected vineyards add depth, structure and great appreciation to the blend of three famous varieties. Ripe robust fruites of prune and plum. French oak 22months maturation.

Shiraz 95% and 5 % Grenache, offers a bold and robust wine. With aromas of spices of nutmeg, cloves. Black coffee and dark organic chocolate notes integrated with strewed plums and dates. Spinifex Esprit is a Grenache Mataro blend that has a vibrant, youthful and fresh palate driven by a tangy herb infused line of red fruit red currant, sour red plum, pomegranate and marjoram that gains warmth and depth turning to tobacco, game, cedar and darker fruit to close. Pulpy, fleshy fruit is drawn long with plum skin acids and stony tannins.
